Finally got out today and would like to share some of the lovely things I saw. I would have liked more room for my little friend to swim into, but never left myself enough room; I must think about these things more before pressing the shutter.

I do like.
I often have the same problem with not leaving the space I wish for later. But I think this is a very nice image. I like the pose that you caught the bird in. I wish I could see the eye a little better but at my experience level I wouldn't know how to accomplish that with the dark against the bright white.

Very nice pose and good processing.
It is difficult to get the eye bright especially if it is shaded like this one is.
