Hi Karm,
I would suggest you have a read of this thread to attract more replies; How to Get Effective Feedback for your Posted Images.
With nothing to go on, no idea how hard you tried, how competent you are, what you wanted to achieve and whether you think you did, it is more likely we may provide inappropriate advice and comments and perhaps even accidentally offend.
My take on the above is; that it's a reasonable composition and choice of froth in shot, but lacks contrast - have a look at the histogram to see what I mean.
I hope that helps,

Karm, you and I seem to have a similar eye. I absolutely love this composition.

Re: Stone.Fly.Habitat
Dave, or anyone else reading this, don't worry about offending me. I invite comments because I'm looking for feedback. I'm obviously not a very competent photographer. You raise excellent questions many of which I can't answer. I take pictures of things I find interesting, beautiful, ugly, etc. Often, not always, I want to convey a mood or a feeling. Being a lover of fast moving, rocky streams, the above photo is meant to convey what I find beautiful about them.
I looked at the histogram and there's a lot of empty space. I'll try your suggestion to juice up the contrast and spread out the histogram.
Thanks

This version has a bit more contrast.
