Thanks for pointing the missing image. I seem to be challenged by the instructions. I have tried again. I was reluctant to upload the series and will leave it at one for the time being; with any comments on this or the series on my website welcome. Hoping the image appears this time!

You'll see I've put it into your message, rather than having it appear as a thumbnail at the bottom.

If you go back to those instructions, you'll see that you just missed one final step at the end of the process.
