cool composition! I don't know about cutting the person's head off. Leaves me with a uneasy feeling. Perhaps if you cropped them at the ankle, it would balance the lack of feet in the shadow at the bottom? If you increased the contrast, the sand would almost look like the surface of the moon. That would make a really eerie (*shiver*) impression. Really, tho, I like the whole concept alot!

I like the head cropped off. It seems to add a feeling to the image that I don't think would be there with a standard cropping that included the head...
