This is one of a gang of interlopers who have taken up residence in our yard and hang around the house. They are so cheeky and territorial they now don't even fly off and totally ignore us when we venture outside. I am concerned about this. As would you be as well, having sat through the countless repeats Of Alfred Hitchock's movie on what happens when birds turn bad.

Nice capture Ken! He's looking for a meal I suspect?
If you can, you might want to do a little cloning in the grass to pick up what looks like a pile of poop under his tail as it might put one's focal point on the wrong end of the bird! I might also be tempted to lighten the eye just a shade.
Have you been able to ID the species?
