Good lookin monarch, rollin. You might consider cropping to a 5:4, since the right side doesn't add anything to the composition.

Dave, I masked off the BG to lower its luminance and in the process the flower petals probably should be burned in a little, they are almost blown out. As far as the butterfly, I used my Canon flash set at -1/3 which helps the color. I gave it a good shot of Saturation, brought up the contrast a little in Curves and a slight increase in red color in Color Balance. This gave it a little boost from the camera product. As far as composition, Steve, you are right I had not envisioned cropping the right side, it would improve the emphasis on the butterfly. Thank you both.
