I had the delights of flying to Afghanistan this weekend just gone and took the camera with me. I only took a handful of shots and none of them really worked whilst i was out there. I took a few from the C-17 window and this is probably the best one i got. As the title says it is taken above the middle east somewhere and was just wondering what you lot thought about it?

Have to confess, Paul, that I really wish that signature line was not there. I think it does detract from what is otherwise a very good image.
