    Imperial War museum (North)

    This iconic building on the Salford Quays has been photographed by many.

    This is what I caught the other week;

    Imperial War museum (North)

    The clouds had parted on an otherwise gloomy day to reveal the reflection of the sunset. I've increased the saturation slightly.

    Super shot, I've never seen this building in this light before and always wondered how it would look in late-day light. Now I know: graphic & surreal. I like it

    Interesting shot Mark, you haven't lost your touch.

    No doubt a very complex shaped building, this view is different to others I have seen (on Wikipedia).

    Not sure I understand the colours I'm seeing, was only the bottom half lit by sunlight?

    Cheers,

    Very inspiring. The gold and blue combination is very striking. I might have to find my passport and take that 15min train journey into Salford. There is a lot of potential architectural shots around the Man City ground too.
