Just some nuts on the trees in our yard. Thanks for viewing. CC always welcomed.

Ken,
I would not have recognized either of these plants as having an earthly origin. I presume image #1 is closer to the naked eye view than #2, but I love the colors. Do the cabbage leaf Hakia have a natural "predator" that the hooks discourage from being eaten? Thanks for sharing these.

Interesting shapes! The second one in particular might be a great candidate to zoom into a single cluster and play with some focus stacking.

Ken, I really like the textures in the first one and the orientation of the plant in the picture. The third one's shape and colors make an interesting subject to me too. I don't think I've ever seen one of those.
