Hi Don. Here's my thoughts. I think you've caught some nice colours, and great texture in the clouds, but the image seems incomplete by not really having a focus, or foreground/background distinction. No horizon, or any point of reference at all to give it perspective.

I agree with Andrew on the strengths and weaknesses of the image. If it's really important for you to present only the sky, be sure to eliminate the stuff at the very bottom that is a little bit in from the left side.
