This is actually sort of a mini portal to my sites. There just might be a couple that folks here may find of interest...

If you like animated GIF images this site has a bit of a unique navigation system. You will never have to close display windows or use the 'back button'.

This is free image storage. I didn't like that when I uploaded an image to other sites sometimes what I saw on the site just didn't match. This site does not have all the bells and whistles of sites such as Photo Bucket but there is one advantage; what you upload is exactly what you will see. To save server space most storage sites do an automatic compression on uploaded images. Since I'm small and have unlimited server space I do not compress uploaded files. I also do the best that I can to protect the rights of my members. For instance, on image display pages, I have disabled the right mouse button with most browsers. This prevents someone from right clicking and saving the image. If anyone here would like to use the site go ahead; it is totally free and without ads.

Since this is a potential business site I probably should not directly link but many may find this of interest as an example. If you want to have a gallery on-line I HIGHLY recommend 'PIWIGO'. This is a beautiful on-line application that is easy to manage. It must be kept in mind that when I say 'easy to manage' I build sites so have a bit of an edge. Still out of the box it is pretty easy to set up and manage. This is free software, all you need is hosting. Posting the following link as a sample. BTW, right now I'm using a very 'neon' type theme. There are many different themes from which you can choose. If any staff member feels that it is improper (being a business site) please feel free to edit out this section of my post.

My URL is in the sig but you may not have pursued the free ezine yet (I have also begun an app-specific tutorial series as well).

I'm always looking to feature photographers and digital artists who use plug-ins and creative standalone apps in their work (see back issues for format). The next issue will feature winners of the recent Terragen 2 digital scenery contest.

I plan to do a another site redesign soon, updating the look and streamlining it a bit while removing obsolete product info. One of my original intentions had been to show screenshots and examples of every digital imaging app and plug-in out there as a one-stop info resource, but that's not so practical ;-). Even so, there are currently about 200+ software titles listed.

Feedback on the current design and content or ideas for a re-org (not to be confused with Sea-Org, ha!) are welcome.
