    Zebra B&W

This image is one of my personal favourites. The texture of the hair on the foal’s neck has almost a velvet quality to it, a good catch light in the eye and the composition against a plain backdrop.
    C&C welcomed

    Re: Zebra B&W

I saw this earlier today on my work computer, wanted to get home to view on my own monitor before I commented.

It was worth the wait. Sublime composition. Again, an example of 'capturing the moment'.

I might have been tempted to darken up the edges just a little bit with either a burn tool or a vignette. But that's really just a passing thought.

I echo this comment. Wonderful image.

I'd like to see a subtle vignette, as Donald suggested, but that's a personal preference.

    Re: Zebra B&W

It is an outstanding photograph. The only way I think it can be improved is tone down the light line that is running horizontally along the bottom of the top third. Because it is in such a strong area from the traditional composition point of view I find it a tiny tiny bit distracting.

Hi Paul, thanks for the comment and I will have a go at your suggestion, also have to look at a bit of vignetting.
