    Male & Female

What is the type of filter I should use to avoid light reflection?

I believe you are thinking about a polarising filter.

Is there any specific type of polarize filter to control sun light? or should I wait for later on the day to make this composition?

A polariser is only be effective at reducing reflections in one plane; for example the sides, OR roof, of a car.

This is a very curvy statue and a polariser may have unpredictable effects, but worth a try.

Since there is one light source (the sun), if the polariser is rotated to reduce the reflections at the ideal angle, it should reduce all the 'hotspots' simultaneously.

However, I fear it may leave halos of brightness due to the curvy nature of the subject.

If however, you were trying to reduce another type of reflection, you may have some succes on the back area.

You could shoot it on an overcast day, even Miami gets them occasionally

It is of course the reflections that lets us see the shape though, so you may not want to do too much.

I have a fairly basic Hoya polariser and it stays on my lens 24 /7 ..what a difference it makes.

    Hi Javier,
I sort of like the reflections, they give the figure 'form'.
It is certainly worth a re-shoot using filters if you want to progress things further; but I like it.
    Well done.
