Very atmospheric Chris, I can look it for minutes. The combination of sodium vapor monochromatic light,fog, long exposure reflections and geometry gives an excellent feeling. What I don't like is your big disturbing signature and some posterization I can see in the sky. A slightly tighter crop might have worked a bit better but not sure.
Again a wonderful image.
