    Great picture. I somehow feel emotion when looking at the picture especially in the eyes. Its as if she saw something thats GOING to make her smile.

    Just lovely! Both your wife and the pic. The composition is really nice, IMHO. Is her face a bit overexposed --between my aging eyes and the monitor--I'm never really sure. Seems like the right side of her face and hand could show a bit more detail/texture/whatever. Of course, the brightness is a balance too.

    This shot works quite well for me! Your wife is beautiful and even the relatively busy background doesn't seem to conflict with her loveliness. Somehow the bricks in front of her face being sharp and those behind her head being OOF works well to keep my attention on her face. Although she doesn't have a physical smile evident, it seems to me that she is ready to break into a smile at any moment...
