Nice sharp captures, with good colours, and which makes a great story. And, yes, I'll have a hearty double dash of cream with my mine. But no sugar thanks! Got to watch the waistline!

I love these and would love to be there! And, yes, fresh cream with my yummy dark roast coffee.

Re: Would you like cream in your coffee?
Sorry folks, but if you want coffee, much less cream with it, you'll have to talk to my wife. I do all the cooking in my household but I've never served or drank a cup of coffee in my life. So there!
Seriously, it's great to see that you enjoy the fun pairing of the two images. It's sort of like pairing food and wine or...ahem...cream and coffee.

Re: Would you like cream in your coffee?
It is nice that the two images together make a great story. What a fun idea for a coffee shop. the colors in the first are great. But for me it's also an example of how some images are just going to evoke different responses due to people's own past and what context they view them in. A lot of people wouldn't give those cows a second thought but it made me miss ours. Although ours were in the field, not in a dairy barn, I used to love sitting outside in the quiet of the evening listening to them chomp on the grass. Very peaceful times...

For me, these are the perfect of example of what a colour image is about - colour.

Re: Would you like cream in your coffee?
Thanks, guys!
The color was actually difficult to achieve in the image of the cows. For the first time, the auto white balance on my D7000 didn't work well and I had to struggle a bit to fix it.
