What do you think about composition and edit?

P.S: I told her the time she has shot this photo was not proper, you can see very hard shadow all over the boy's face. She has shot in Jpeg so editing was a bit hard, I told her to shot in Raw instead and do her shooting in proper time so she can capture longer shadows and warmer light.

Hi Meisam, This is an interesting shot and tells a clear story, it's unusual and a capture I would have loved to have taken. Your friend Soroor should be extremely proud of it.
As for the hard shadow on the boy as you say this is due to the time of day and lighting. BUT, I doubt anyone appreciating the pic will be detracted by it. In my view it is far more important to be able to capture a 'moment' like this as has been done than missing it because the technicalities are not 100% correct.
Nice job of the B&W conversion as well.

Such a great moment captured so well!
The shadows aren't bothersome to me at all. The one thing I would want changed is to allow more space on the sides similar to the space at the top and bottom, though there may have been other people or animals in the scene that make that impossible.

That's correct, there were bunch of caws and I removed some from this crop. This photo is cropped a lot. Here is the original...

The problem with the heavy shadows and bright sun is that probably the boy was not in the water during the golden hours... so really well done!
