When I first saw this scene it reminded me of a Hollywood Studio set. I kept waiting for the actors to arrive to fill-up the streets. I also like the image's clean streets and its general sense of orderliness. The lone car gives the image some tension.

All observations are welcomed.

You're so right about the studio set, including clouds that are so perfect they look like they are a painted backdrop.

If you want to give the car a more important role (you may not want to), crop the top to just barely above the top of the flag pole.

Nice shot. for me, I'd rather not have the car so the 1st attention will be the flag , then the whole scene.
