Nicely captured and well exposed. Not enough background to flesh-out what appears to be an intersting story. Also, you appear to have some nice stuff reflected in that window- is this your only crop or could you include more of the window? Regardless, would love to hear where on earth you were to get this image. Thanks for sharing this.

Well captured image. I'm a fan of steampunk. If the background tell us a story about this man then it would be nice to include that. If it doesn't personally I would slightly darken the background, to bring him out more, then add a vignette

Thank you for your appreciation and suggestions.
There is a Steampunk group here in town. They had a weekend show at the Old Cowtown Museum I went and hungout with them on a Saturday morning and shot some pictures.
I see what you are saying about more clues for story building. I will shoot something like that soon and see how they turn out.
