    Miniature Stream, no tilt shift

i shot this one keeping the camera actually on the ground and focusing on the moss, the longer exposure, focus and angle has produced a tilt-shift lens/pp effect.
was shot near the top of England's highest waterfall.

I don't understand your comment about creating a "tilt-shift lens/pp effect." I think of that effect as having two characteristics: extreme depth of field and shutter speed that is fast enough to stop the action of at least wind blowing leaves, flowers and grass despite the extreme depth of field. This image displays only the latter characteristic at the most.

i suppose i didn't mean in the strict sense mike, it was just to me, it gave a nice impression of a miniature stream and bridge, like the tilt shift

I agree it does have that miniature quality - Mike is correct however in that you'd need that bridge in focus to really hit it. By far the best use of the altered focal plane/miniature effect is a Vimeo short film 'A Day In California'; guy and his wife stitched 10,000 individual shots together, mostly taken with a tilt-shift. Music is Arrival of the Birds, which is absolutiey superb and perfect for the film...
