OK, I guess I'll stick with the rust theme just because I seem to have an abundance of it. Don't have a true Macro lens but this should work.

Hmmm, could be almost anything, I think we might need a bit bigger picture, or a clue.

OK, shouldn't post without a guess; erm, erm, I know; wheel casing on a push along lawnmower?

Agreed Dave. Here is a bit more of it. This is a fairly common item in all countries I think.

Batman....well done. That's exactly what it is. Please don't be upset that I was on your property. I love what you've done with the place.

Dave....I didn't know you could do that.
    Very cool!

    Here are all three chainlinks.

    This is a fun thread.

Ha Ha... we don't mind - as long as you don't leave a mess when you're done! While you were there...why didn't you cut that stack of wood for the fireplace?

    This is a fun thread.
I agree! This is hard.... my husband got it...mine have failed! ha ha... so this next post is all his idea!

I'm going to stick my neck out and say that it's not - that little black bit on the right bothers me - looks like another hole. And the proportions look out of whack.

I was after "pull tab" but my husband says I have to give it to you... I'm too picky! Geshhh!
I have to listen to him because he's the one that guessed yours! So yea! You got it! Great job!

So here is the top... not just the "pull tab" itself! Next time I will zero in on just ONE thing...not something that can give leverage! LOL

Note sure I can be more specific other than to guess "beer can", but beer is a beverage.

Of course, I could always look at biggest.jpg but that would be cheating

EDIT, I see we crossed in the post!

    Re: Macro mystery series

LOL... I put the photo "biggest" in my album just then, when I was going to post because I didn't think I would need it so fast!
I wanted pull tab, Oh well...like Craig said - give it to him!

    Hmmm ...

... it seems that it was a bit more "macro" than I thought!
