Floriade Downunder

I think there is a Floriade flower show held in The Netherlands but the Dutch are not the only ones to grow tulips !

A similarly named show is held anually in our nation's capital Canberra every Spring and we were lucky enough to visit this year for the first time. I've never tried this sort of photography before so I was "winging it" to a fair extent. All I could do was try for some interesting angles to get something that might highlight the natural beauty of the flowers.

This is a selection of what I came up with and I would be interested to hear whether you think any of them work OK.

I like the last one a lot, but I think you should clone out some of the distractions; toilet sign, waste bins, etc.

Thanks Tommy. Yes I agree about the bins etc in the last - I think I was being a bit lazy . But I will attend to those things !
