some lovely colours there jon, the bottom 2 look like our uk thistles a bit but i can see they arent. the dof is just right to frame them well.

Thanks Mark. The last two are Indiana thistles. This one was about 7 feet tall.

Mark, they don't usually get that tall but this one was out of the way in a small clearing deep in the woods.
