That place looks awesome, if I'd have the chance for some shots there, I would try a HDR approach to reveal the shadowed areas.
Your photo looks good for me maybe I would crop the sky from the top...

Very nice detail and color. I wish I had visited this place when I visited Jaen years ago. Consider cropping off the top so that a very small part of the stonework is also cropped.

The color of the mountains in the background framed by the the gray stone is awesome. I agree with the cropping o the sky from the top of the image. I also wonder if a bit of perspective distortion control in PP might not also be a good idea...
