Nice, the out of focus bars actually enhance the image rather than detracting from it. Good job.

u just gave away too much info by posting both pictures in one post!
i would have preffered the pic showing just the monkey paw, holding the bar! it would have the viewers attention instantly,just racking their brains,trying to decipher, which animal that could be? also conveying a strong message against holding animals behind bars,in rooms and inside small boxes
focus is sharp in both the pics,as the rules demand
composition is strong too...specially in the second picanimals belong in the WILD.

they were two different animals...not the same monkeys....I was going for the whol "imprisoned animal" angle, glad to see it paid off!
