    Woody Scene

A picture of some aspen trees. Any C&C is welcomed.

Edit: Here is an improved version of the image.

I like the textures in the tiny details (view the hi-res version to see what I mean), and the way the colors turned out. I wish there was some color in the black and white portion of the image. I should try going back and fixing that some day. What are your thoughts of the image.

I'm not sure I like the browned out image although it does add a different perspective colourwise! With all woodland scenes, people will comment, if asked, and suggest that you knelt down, moved to the left etc. But I think the original is fine and (nearly Woody Scene ) as good as mine Woody Scene
I wasn't sure what the "black and whiye portion was so I tried to enhance the colour, contrast and bring out a little bit more detail om the right. THIS is what I came up with.. Do you approve? I certainly approve of yours!

Cogito, I like your version of the image much better than mine.
By black and white portion of the image, I meant the top middle part of the image after I edited it. I think it looks weird having so little color in that part of the image, and so much color everywhere else.

I think that's because there's no colour in the sky! Doesn't matter what colour channel you adjust, it's white... If you were to return when the sky is blue... Woody Scene
