Take time to smell the roses
My GD is growing too fast, so I always take time to photograph her, before the "roses fade away" ......I was playing around with CS5 filters and other actions.....any comments/advice for improvement welcome.

Very artsy... different!
Art is in the eye of the beholder, and this beholder... likes it very much

Re: Take time to smell the roses
Nice, well done. the only thing i might have done is to add light camera left, high to lessen the shadow on the shoulder.

Re: Take time to smell the roses
Thank you, Mark and Theresa, for the comments.....I like to add effects...but some find them too artsy-fartsy...so I guess it is in the eye of the beholder...Mark, I think I can lighten that shadow in CS3...good idea.

Re: Take time to smell the roses
Thank you very much. I used to do pencil drawings, and that was an effect I was hoping to achieve with photoshop....
