Also as Colin mentioned, a correct or accurate white balance is not always the most flattering. However the WhiBal card will certainly get you in the ballpark as far as color balance goes. A calibrated monitor wll help you tweak that clor.
What bothers me about your first image (in both variations) is that the skin tone of your model is totally different on the legs down than from the waist up. Was this due to lighting?
