Very nice, Don. Great leading lines, interesting fences, trees that reach over the lane and a pleasing sky. The highly saturated green might be a bit much for some people's taste, but I'd be willing to bet that this is exactly as you like, which might be the only thing that matters.
By the way, you got out of our area just in time. The lights are blinking and I'll probably be losing electricity soon thanks to Hurricane Sandy. Even so, you might have similar issues even in Ohio.

These old battlefields always look so peaceful and gentle in contrast to the violence, bloodshed and chaos they are notorious for.
