When I did that, I felt as if I was in a psychiatrist's session. Seriously, Terri, thank you for such a thoughtful response.

Even though these images of clear glass are preludes to my ultimate goal of photographing wine bottles and wine glasses, I'm now past the point of considering my adventures in my makeshift studio as exercises. I just bought about ten small glasses of every shape just so I can photograph them. Once I'm done, I'll return them to the store as a donation, as the profits support a non-profit organization that helps prevent blindness. Though my wife may object to the purchase, I'll win her over with the sentiment of the donation.
