Re: Curves
Yep, I am really liking the lighter background and how you lit the shot.

Re: Curves
I'm glad you like the lighter versions because they sure are a lot easier to make.

Re: Curves
A nice conceptual shot, but I see some artifacts on the top right & left corners. You intended them to be there?

Well conceived. Well executed. That's what it's all about.

Re: Curves
Errr...Mike! I am feeling embarrassed now.
Well I, most of the time, tilt the screen of my laptop when viewing a picture. That's when the artifacts showed up.
I meant no offence, Mike!

Re: Curves
Thanks, everyone!
No need to feel embarrassed, Sahil. However, I don't see the artifacts even when viewing this image or the full-size original at 100%. If I were to print the image and see some issues, I would fix them at that time.
It is interesting and perhaps not a coincidence that you see issues in the upper background area. Almost all of my post-processing adjustments were made in that area. They were needed because, being new at this style of photography, I have come to the conclusion that I need a larger and brighter light to get this style of photography the way I want it at the time of capture. In fact, I am going to start a thread to ask questions about that need.
