My goodness! It takes a whole lot more fuel than I would have expected to get to the next town! No wonder they need potty stops along the way!
Frank I think you maybe confused with an Australian beer tanker road train. It is not the fuel that causes the stops.
When I was there a few years ago I bought a truck map book (out of date so heavily discounted) that showed which roads these monsters are allowed to use and a little diagrams of them giving legal axle weights, lengths etc. I thought they were just having me on. First time I have seen one.
Me too. Most I have seen was 3.
Roadside convenience - interesting. Wonder what are the mechanics for keeping it clean?
The " outback " toilet one can not find along the highway's, I found it in a way when nothing much else was around, not even a bush, perhaps because of this, there was this " toilet " put up high because of snakes, although there could still be nasty spider's around.......
But I was wondering too, about who emptied the bucket .........
Griddi.......
Griddi.....
You need to get these (well, maybe not the last one) into Ryo's Automobile 101 thread.
Sorry...... but where can I find this thread ?
Griddi.......
You need not delete them, this is a thread you started about your images. You can just add the images to the other thread.
If you want to see the images that Griddi moved from this thread into the Autombile 101 thread (and you should), just click here.
Griddi - Maybe my use of language made it sound like and instruction that you had to move them. If so, sorry. It's just the way we say things up here.
