Re: Sehemy House, Cairo, Egypt
Hi Khaled,
Firstly, welcome to the CiC forums from me.
The EXIF data says: Nikon D3100 at 18mm, 1 second, ƒ/3.5, iso 100.
It is basically a good capture given the lack of light.
If mine; in PP I would have cropped a slither off the right hand side; there is something dark top right which doesn't contribute.
Equally, there's a bright window in the next room on the left, but I can't see how that can be removed, cropping isn't possible without destroying the composition and cloning by be 'a step too far' for PP of a documentary type photo.
There is probably some lens distortion (at 18mm) which might be corrected at the click of a mouse if you have Photoshop CS5.
Cheers,

@Dave: Thank you for your advices. It have been of great help. Regrading the bright window in the next room. I think I can just reduce the brightness of the light coming through the window. I'll give it a try
@Glenn; Thank you. The house is open for public. you may find a few photos for old Cairo in my 500px profile here (More on the way in the upcoming months):

Hi Khaled,
it's a nice picture, but I totally agree with Dave. Your second attemp is nearer the mark IMO.
I think the picture could also use a bit more sharpening, to bring out that lovely detail.
Thanks for sharing.
