Best wishes for your new gear. I'll bet that you are going to be happy with it.
A must buy accessory is a lens hood. I would purchase one for each lens so when I was switching lenses, I would not need to switch the hoods; saving a bit of time in the process.
BTW: Chinese knock off lens hoods are perfectly adequate and sell for a fraction of the Canon OEM prices. I travel with a pair of hoods for each of my travel lenses (70-200mm f/4L IS and 17-55mm f/2.8 IS) I lost a lens hood shooting out of a narrowly opened hotel window in Yangshuo, China and had to wait until I arived in Hong Kong to get a replacement. I have carried duplicates on all my trips ever since. They are Chinese knock offs and do a fine job.

Congratulations on your new shooter!
I think you made the right choice (I never had any doubts that you would). I think you got more camera than you would have with your other two possibilities and I’m betting that it will serve you well.
