Most of the post-processing on the second image definitely improves it. However, when you leveled the image to make the fence appear uniformly at the bottom, doing so tilted the image to the right. That becomes especially apparent with the tall building in the top left corner and less so with the other buildings in the rear.

Exactly, I saw that after I uploaded it!! Ouch
So I tried to fix it with the third one, but forgot what pp I had done!

Robin, have a look in the tutorials here at "Using Local Contrast Enhancement". This technique seems to bring out the details and textures of buildings, and seems also to give more of a 3D look to the scene. Probably a matter of personal taste, but it appeals to me.

Thank you, all this PP process is new to me.
I went and looked at the tutorial you mentioned.
Very helpful and easy to see the improvements in the first examples.
