How do I change the size of my photo's please?
I hope this is the right forum. I used to use Picnic and put them at 600-800 but it doesn't work now. Is there a simple programme I can use which would let me do this?
Thanks.

Depends on what system you are running, Linux, Apple or Windows? Either way any of these operating systems should have a simple picture editor with them. e.g. In the Linux version I run there is Gwenview, in Apple, I think its iPhoto and in the Windows version I have (XP) I think Microsoft also have a basic picture editor (Look under programs, accessories). I also think that Picnik was taken over by Google, so if you have a Google account you should be able to use the Picnik equivalent photo editing software there.
Cheers for now

What software are you using for editing, Louise?
I simply resize using the Image Size menu then do a slight resharpen and import into CinC using the Tinypics option.
This thread might help.

If you want an independent program that will resize- try PIXresizer
Just do a Google search -its freeware. or goto http://pixresizer.en.softonic.com/
Works with individual images or a whole folder of images. Output size is selectable and variable. A great simple to use software tool. I have no connection to 'softonic' but have used PIXresizer often when creating 'Slide-shows' for tutorials.
