Three things strike me;
a) the horizon isn't level
b) there appears to the the relfection of somthing vertical you have cloned out
c) the logo attracts my eye away from the subject

These, and add that the composition is unbalanced to the left. I think it needs another framing device on the right. YMMV.
And those sumptuous colors! Gotta love 'em.
