Agitated Skies

These were taken shortly after I got my D7000 this past June. The skies were angry that day, my friend! A little darkening to highlight the otherworldliness of the event. Any thoughts?

So many threads Tyler, I can't keep up.

Clouds by themselves can be a bit un-interesting as images, even when the clouds themselves are interesting. #3a and #3b do work for me though, probably because the cloud is framed by the trees. They look best when viewed in Lightbox (by clicking on the image) as it seems to bring out the contrast. The pp on 3b does add extra depth to the clouds although I think I'd prefer to see the brighter sky area toned down.
