Larger Sensor = More Light
In your - DIGITAL CAMERA SENSOR SIZES - you state "Further, larger pixels receive a greater flux of photons over a given exposure time (at the same aperture), so their light signal is much stronger. ...".
But what about larger sensors that do not have larger pixels? Let us say 5mp 4/3rd (2x crop) sensor vs. 20MP full frame sensor - will larger sensor still capture more light per same exposure? I gather yes, but could you elaborate on it?
