Blue Heron with horns
Here's a shot taken in December with Olympus E-3 and the 50-200mm SWD lens at 200mm 1/800 5.6 ISO 800. C&C welcome.
And same shot at 100% crop.

Wow, I love it. That Great Blue must have had breeding plumage and the wind blew the crest forward. Very unique, well done Roger.

Great catch. Wind must have been swirling. Everytime I catch one in the wind the are facing it. Nice work.
