    Re: Reshoot

Hey everyone, Colin that looks awesome. That's the one.
If anyone wants to play with it feel free.
Everyone has a different prospective of an image, so seeing anothers interpretation
of the same image I find very interesting... Go for it.

    PS. Thanks Colin

    Hi Jack,

    No worries

I posted a few questions for you above which you probably haven't seen. Basically, would you like me to send the finished file(s) back to you so you can print it (if so, in what form?)

I guess jpeg is the easiest. I can also handle PSD files. your call.
That ratio looks fine. Is that 2:1?
BTW, how large a print would recommend.

    Hi Jack,

I'm uploading it as a PSD as we speak - that way you play with it if you wish, and the layers stay intact. It's 62MB, so not too bad. It's a 3:1 aspect ratio (+ boarder) by the way. Would print OK up to about 60 inches by 20 inches, although it's quite low-frequency, so you could probably go a little bigger

To be honest - different as the colour version is - it doesn't look believeable to me because there's essentially no colour in the water whereas in reality it would (to a degree anyway) reflect the colour of the sky. Also - to my eye - the strong colour in the top left draws the eye away - might be better if given a wipe with the desaturation brush.

Your absolutly right Colin. I wanted to spend longer on it but decided to get out and get some of my own shots to workon for the day

    Thanks Ajith

It's nice when one can think of a theme that the image really suits like this.
