Hi to all your friendly members who helped me to start learning Lightroom.....

Just want to report that I am catching on about Lightroom, but just found out, that Lightroom does not adopt my photo's from my Olympus E-M5 camera ......

Not a problem with photos from my Fuji X100 though re Lightroom .......

You could upgrade to Lightroom 4.2 which will support the Olympus E-M5 or there is probably software that came with the camera that will convert the RAW files to tiff and then you can import to Lightroom. All a bit of a nuisance. There are some free programmes that will do the conversion but I have not used them.

I can not upgrade to Lightroom 4 or 4.2, as my computer XR does not support LR 4 at all.......

The Olympus E-M5 came with Olympus Viewer 2 software, and I can and have used this for my RAW photo's, works O.K. but is much more basic than Lightroom, but I will see if I can convert the files to tiff, thank you for the tip......

Sort of a merry round, Fuji X100 came with Silkypic software, but don't support Olympus, and Olympus Viewer 2 does not Fuji X100, so I thought Lightroom would support them all, but nada,nada .......

Paul.....just to tell you, if I convert the RAW files in Olympus Viewer 2 to Tiff Files, then I can export them for editing into Lightroom.......so thank you for your help / tip , very helpful again .........
