Custom panels in Photoshop - Configurator
I don't think it has been mentioned before (at least search didn't return anything) but it's a fantastic Photoshop feature probably not well known so I thought that lot of people would never have heard of it.
I was really frustrated with the lack of ergonomics in Photoshop, mainly with the huge "movement" you have to make to reach some very useful tools like Blur or "Shadows and Highlights". Shortkeys are great but you cannot use more than a dozen or so.
Wouldn't be great if you could make your own panel choosing the commands you want?
Well as they say in the Internet "just f.. google it".
It appears that adobe offers such a tool! It's called Adobe Configurator and you can download it from their site. Works great!
Here is a video:
and here is my panel:
I call it "Most useful tools" and you can see what I have included.
Hope it helps.

Re: Custom panels in Photoshop - Configurator
Great tip Miltos - thanks! Now I have to find it and put it to work Sounds like it could be a great time saver, especially for those things that you don't have shortcut keys for.
PS - just found on line and there is a 3.1.1 for CS6 - below is the link
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/configurator/
Good luck and happy editing all!
