Re: Gulf Islands National Seashore (Florida)
Hi Kelvin,
I like this picture very much.
I would love to see it even bigger.
Well done.

Kelvin,
Thanks for that; this sort of picture always looks best viewed big.
If this was mine, I would certainly consider having it printed, framed and hung on my wall.
Well done. Very nice.

That is Very nice Kelvin,
My only suggestion would be to avoid having dark things touch the edge of frame, so I'd consider a little cloning on the left to 'disconnect' or remove a couple of things.
Is the white mist sea spray from a rough sea averaged over a long exposure? (can't see any EXIF)
Well worth getting up for!
Cheers,

It was a slight mist coupled with surface fog

What a beautiful experience, thank you for sharing it. I tried to find something I didn't like about it and came up empty, so I love it!

My compliments. It's been a pleasure to view this one. What's really difficult for someone up here in the north-western fringes of Europe to grasp, is the colour of that sand. We've got the 'silver sands' at Morar on the west coast, near to where I grew up, but even they don't get close to this stuff.

Thank you so much, this sand is unique to the Northern Gulf of Mexico, fortunately it is protected by our National Park System. It's truly a treasure!

Re: Gulf Islands National Seashore (Florida)
I agree with everything everyone has mentioned including the need to remove at least some of the dark, low plants on the left. The motion blur in the blowing plant on the left deserves a nod. It adds character to an image that already has lots of character. That feature also helps make that part of the plant elegantly complement the background. Congratulations on such a special image.
