Peter,
I like 1 & 2. Was the light as soft as it looks or is it an effect of the old film? Did you scan the negatives or the prints? I have some very old Ektachrome somewhere I must dig it out and try it out in my XPAN.

Graham : I scanned the NEGATIVES -- with the Epson 1650 I have to use a 'home-made' cardboard holder as it was really designed for 35mm only - BUT with the Vuescan I won it works with medium formats -- if you have some old Ektachrome maybe you should not give it too much extra exposure as I find with outdated SLIDE films all that happens is that the Fogging with age translates into a lower 'D-Max' .. Regarding the 'light' well, Vericolor was designed to wedding works so is lower in contrast then usual 'Landscape'films and handles it well.
