    I love the color and black and white version of the first photo.. Beautiful shots... Love the shot of the glasses, too.

    I spent years doing the Ansel Adams thing with a large format camera, even sold hand-made prints from my own small gallery, so I love B&W landscapes.

    BUT

    These days I shoot colour and later back on the computer I look for images to turn into a mono print, truth is every time I make a photo B&W I prefer the colour version.

    Now I admit that you see images according to the equipment you have with you at the time, if I only have a wide-angle lens with me I see wide-angle scenes, if I'm shooting colour I tend to see colour images and probably ignore shots that are more based on texture and tones. So trying to make my colour stuff mono later is probably not fair.

    But bottom line is these days I prefer colour.
