Hi drishya,

Good focus, but I wonder whether a different WB (white balance) should have been used - it looks like the camera was set for daylight and the shot was taken under artificial tungsten light.

I might suggest cloning out the little dark corner lower left.

This was shot in March 2004, is the subject is still alive? (if a family pet)

I got this as a chick parrot .It fell down from its cavity nest from the top of tree . This parrot didn’t get any parental caring .At home we hand fed it with syringe, then gradually gave fruits especially banana. When I shot this image, its feathers are still coming .notice that ,its body not fully covered with feathers. Any how this parrot is not alive now
Background of the subject was a yellow colored wall. I took this in an evening. So I got enough setting time rays which enhanced color of the background.
