I think this is a good shot Jack. The bit of green on the dead tree, the snow and the clear blue sky. Like it.

Good shot indeed. Nicely done.
Wondering if the bottom bit of dry grass should be removed from say the bottom of the tree. That would give both the tree and rocks more prominence and use the remaining grass as "filler" rather then foreground.
