Above the Blue Lagoon

The land masses right and left provide, IMO, a harmonious balance to the image, perfectly complemented by the reflection of sunlight on the water, which, at the horizon, just helps our eye take in the small island. It all just 'fits'.

these pic lacks a dramatic fore ground in form of a silhouette the present silhouette in the foreground is creating a wrap around the dying or rising sun for the viewer! thts tiring for the eyes,as its nothing exciting to watch it for so long....minus the sky,the suns reflection in the water, creates more interesting effect to be precise more soothing effect for a tired mind

Very nice shot. Not what I was expecting when I read the title "blue lagoon" but no dissapointment. Any chance of bringing a little more contrast or detail out in the clouds or is this the look you prefer? I'm thinking it might be worth a try but you may still prefer this after you've tried it.
