Hi Mitch,
I like it. I like the picture and the fact you have yourself a new lens.
The only minor thing I would do if mine, would be to crop more off the top, about half way down into her hair and take a bit off the bottom right; to remove the 'dead' space below her thigh and the floor.
I'm just being picky; to suit my taste, but overall a good picture, well done mate.

A nicely composed and executed one.
At first I didn't like the face being in shadow and the messy hair but now I see my eye is trapped between the eye-snake path.
Totally agree with John about cropping the top of the head a bit. I would add to try darken the leg also.
Enjoy your new equipment.

As an alternative crop. How about cropping closer at the bottom, just below her elbow, and showing all of her head.
But might not be possible now if this is the actual size of the out of camera shot.

That's a wicked concept. Have you got any feedback on the lens and how it handles that I can pass on to customers at work?
